Your agreement with monalisa-1

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use monalisa-1, create an account, purchase or spend credits, submit content, or generate images. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

What the monalisa-1 service provides

monalisa-1 is a web-based AI image studio that connects users to available third-party image models and records generation tasks, results, and related credit activity.

monalisa-1 availability

monalisa-1 is an upcoming model direction and is not available for generation. It is shown as coming soon, cannot be selected or billed, and has no published production specifications. Generations available today come from the third-party model identified in the interface.

Features, model availability, limits, pricing, and providers may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

monalisa-1 accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication codes, passwords, or API keys. Notify monalisa-1 support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your prompts, uploads, and generated content on monalisa-1

You retain whatever rights you hold in prompts and reference materials you submit. You grant us and the service providers involved a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content. Do not submit confidential, personal, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material unless you are authorized to do so.

Relying on AI-generated images

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, licensing, or using it commercially. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Third-party models used by monalisa-1

Each model available in monalisa-1 is operated by a third-party provider. Your use may also be subject to that provider's terms, usage restrictions, and privacy policy. Provider outages, model changes, moderation decisions, or removed endpoints may affect the service without advance notice.

The model name shown with a generation identifies the requested provider model; it is not an endorsement, partnership claim, or guarantee of output quality.

monalisa-1 credits, subscriptions, and payments

The interface shows the applicable credit cost before a generation request is submitted. The server determines the charge from the selected model and validated options. Credits are a service-use unit, not money or a stored-value account.

Plans, renewals, and refunds

If paid plans, subscriptions, or credit packs are offered, the checkout page presents the price, billing interval, included credits, and payment provider before purchase. Taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law.

Do not attempt to bypass charging, rate limits, model restrictions, authentication, or other service controls.

Acceptable use of monalisa-1

You may not use monalisa-1 to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• create or distribute unlawful abuse, exploitation, malware, fraud, or deceptive impersonation;
• upload material you are not authorized to process;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account;
• circumvent safety controls, credit accounting, model availability, or technical restrictions;
• falsely present third-party output as output from an unavailable model, including monalisa-1.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate violations, protect users or providers, comply with law, or preserve service security.

monalisa-1 service and output disclaimers

The service and generated output are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from provider outages, lost content, generation results, or reliance on AI output. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The monalisa-1 website software, interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party model names, logos, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Ending your use of monalisa-1

You may stop using monalisa-1 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinued service. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as monalisa-1 and its provider relationships change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced through the service when appropriate.
